  • Yes! Please feel free to email juliev@riverbandits.com about scheduling a tour of our event spaces! We are open Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm.

    • Special event rentals include (6) hour access to the venue day of (inclusive of set up and tear down). Contact us for further details/questions.

    • Wedding rentals include (10) hour access to the venue day of (inclusive of set up and tear down). Contact us for further details/questions.

  • At contract signing, the full price of the room rental is required as a deposit to secure the event space. Your event will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • Our venue does not allow you to bring home any food and beverage that have been purchased for your event through our catering department. Any desserts you bring into the event you purchased outside of our venue can be taken home.

    • We do not allow for any outside food and beverage to be brought into the facility. We have an amazing in-house catering team and executive chef that will work with you to create the perfect menu to fit your event needs.

    • We do allow specialty desserts on property for weddings! Please let us know ahead of time for your event.

  • We offer several rental areas within our facility. If your event does not rent the entire facility there is a possibility that another event may be taking place in a different area.

  • Our amusement rides are active through the months of May to October (dependent on weather conditions). You can rent all amusement rides or just a select few! Contact us for current pricing and availability.

  • All staff at the ballpark will be working on Game Days, therefore, we cannot accommodate events that were to happen on Game Days.
